Data Center Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Data Centre Engineer to support a leading global technology organisation. This role is ideal for a hands-on infrastructure professional with strong expertise in Dell PowerEdge Servers, Dell OpenManage, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), who thrives in enterprise-scale data centre environments. You will play a key role in maintaining, optimising, and supporting critical infrastructure that underpins business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Dell PowerEdge Servers
• Manage and monitor server infrastructure using Dell OpenManage
• Administer and support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments
• Perform server upgrades, patching, and firmware maintenance
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and operating system issues
• Support data centre operations, including deployments, migrations, and refresh projects
• Work closely with infrastructure, network, and security teams to ensure optimal system performance
• Follow operational procedures and maintain accurate technical documentation
